These terms govern your purchase and use of SalesPageOS, a digital product sold by Autarkea Ltd (trading as Risevance), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17320847).
SalesPageOS is a digital prompts library and sales-page generator. Access is delivered electronically after purchase. It is a one-time purchase for the access described on the sales page at the time you buy.
Purchases are processed securely by our payment partner, Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction and handles applicable taxes. Your payment details are handled by Creem, not by us.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use SalesPageOS for your own projects and client work. You may use the pages and outputs you create commercially. You may not resell, redistribute or share the SalesPageOS product itself, its prompts or your access.
SalesPageOS is a digital product delivered instantly and in full at the moment of purchase. Once delivered, it cannot be returned — all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the sales page carefully before buying. If you have a question about what's included, email support@risevance.com before purchasing.
SalesPageOS helps you build sales pages faster. Business results depend on your offer, market and execution — we make no promises of specific income or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with SalesPageOS is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
